Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel as rugged and comfortable as our flannels, so if your gear isn't the perfect fit, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Print it out and securely attach it to your original MuskOx packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We will track your return as it makes its way back to our warehouse for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and process your items, your refund or exchange will be issued within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
